This Corporate Bylaws template is a short form of bylaws for a corporation that can be used as a set of guidelines for how the company will be run.  Importantly, Bylaws state the powers and rights of the directors, officers, and shareholders.  This form is normally not filed with the state, but is kept on file internally with the corporation.
