This template is an agreement covering a telecommuting arrangement between an employee and an employer. The agreement lays a few ground rules for the employee with regarding their various job duties.  Also importantly, this agreement affirms that the employer reserves its right to change the conditions of telecommuting or terminate the arrangement completely. Finally, the agreement serves as a way to collect important information on the working conditions of the employee’s work site.
