Here are some guidelines, tips, and tricks when using our templates!
Our templates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute advertising, a solicitation or legal advice.
You should always consult independent legal advice before executing or publishing any documents. You should carefully read all information and modify, delete or add all and any areas as necessary.
Your use of, access to or transmission of any materials and information or any of the links contained in our templates or on our site is not intended to create, and receipt thereof does not constitute formation of, an attorney-client relationship between New Millennia Legal and the user or browser.
You should not rely upon any information for any purpose whatsoever without first seeking legal advice from a local licensed attorney. The information contained on New Millennia Legal sites is provided only as general information and may or may not reflect the most current legal developments. We do not promise or guarantee any information provided to you is correct or complete.
New Millennia Legal Resources and our owners/operators expressly disclaim all liability in respect to any actions taken or not taken based on any or all of the contents of this website. Further, we do not necessarily endorse and is not responsible for any third-party content that may be accessed through any information provided to you.
Free updates are available to non-attorney, non-competitive end-users who purchase the templates. Updates will be pushed out via email to the email address on file at least once per year for as long as 1) we continue to sell that exact template, 2) the purchaser is in good standing with our company, and 3) the purchaser abides by our Terms and Conditions, which are subject to frequently change at our sole discretion. Updates are not available to users who either receive the templates for free or have exchanged no money for them or their use.
These templates were created in Word, so we highly recommend using Word to open and edit the documents. If you try to open and edit them in Google Docs or Pages, the formatting is going to be skewed.
