What does a membership provide?

Can I buy a single contract template?

No, contracts are not sold individually.
You can only access them through our Membership plans.

How do I access my templates?

You can access templates, checklists, videos and more through our membership portal once you have joined.

How are these templates delivered?

You can download these templates as editable word documents through our site once you have joined our membership.

Can I share my templates?

Upon joining our membership, you agree to our terms and conditions which specifies that templates can only be used by members.

What is your refund policy?

Monthly Membership: Currently, we do not offer refunds on this plan as it is billed monthly in advance.

Annual Memberships: We want to make sure you’re getting the full value of your annual plan with a 5-day refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’ll work with you to make sure you’re happy, even if that means a refund less $179 within this period. You’ll need to complete a refund request form.

All cancelled plans will be in an active state until the end of the subscription time.

All refunds shall be returned within 30 days. You can use your NML membership until that time. 


How do I cancel my membership?

You can initiate the cancellation of your membership through your member portal. However, once you have left our membership, you are welcome back at the rate that is will be applied at that time.
