Employee Exit Interview Worksheet

An exit interview should be scheduled with every employee upon termination of their employment, regardless of cause, in order to review various matters. Among other things, the exit interview gives the company an opportunity to ensure that the employee returns all property belonging to the company, and gives the employee an opportunity to reaffirm and acknowledge his or her ongoing obligations under the terms of any confidentiality or similar agreement. This worksheet template can serve as a checklist to make sure the interviewer covers all material items.
