Website Content Development Agreement

This Website Content Development Agreement template can be used when a website owner is looking to hire a third party developer to create content for their site.  This particular contract template includes important provisions regarding deliverables, delivery schedule, scope changes, and the rights of the parties.  This contract allows for the ownership rights of the work product created under this agreement to be retained by the website owner.  However, the developer would retain ownership of any development tools that were used to create the content.
