Written from the standpoint of the Prime Contractor, this template is a general agreement to be used when engaging subcontractors for work on a particular project. The intent of both parties is that the subcontractor be an independent contractor, thereby relieving the Prime Contractor of the liabilities associated with employment-related activities.
