Photographers and creatives, this one’s for you!  This Image License Agreement template can be used by creators of visual works to grant a limited license to reproduce and publicly display images including photographs, illustrations, and graphic designs for certain designated purposes including mass media and marketing.  Creators can use it to retain ownership of their works while simultaneously making them available for commercial distribution.

This template is ideal for an individual-to-business or business-to-business transaction, and should not be used for consumer transactions.
