This Articles of Incorporation template can be used as the official form to create a corporation.  This template includes clauses for the following critical designations: corporate name, purpose, registered agent, the personal info of the incorporators, principal office, duration of the corporation’s existence, directors, and capitalization requirements.  Once filed with your state, this form will become public record.

This template is NOT suitable for any organization other than corporations (e.g. LLCs, partnerships, sole-proprietorships, etc.).
