This Event Space Rental Agreement can be used by companies holding events that wish to rent out exhibit spaces to one or multiple vendors.  This agreement is flexible and can be used for a variety of event spaces including booths and tables.  This template has terms dealing insurance requirements, warranties, space regulations and other verbiage to help ensure successful completion by both parties.  It also has terms outlining the use of videos, photographs, and other intellectual property each party may present, collect, and use under the Agreement.
