Event Coordinator Agreement

This Event Coordinator Agreement template is great for service providers who coordinate weddings, business conferences, and other important events.  This template has been written from the stand point, and for the benefit, of the Event Coordinator.  It has extensive terms dealing with the statement of work, early cancelations, defaults, and the requirements of both parties to ensure successful completion of the event.  It also has terms outlining the use of videos, photographs, and other intellectual property each party may present, collect, and use under the Agreement.
