This Commercial Lease template provides basic terms governing a lessor-lessee relationship when renting commercial property such as a building or office space.  This template includes a legal description of the property to be leased, the monthly or quarterly rental of the property, the amount of the deposit, the representations, warranties and covenants of both parties, the documents to be delivered by both parties at the closing, and several other clauses that outline the rights of the parties in the event of a breach by one (or both) of them.
