This Bill of Sale & Assignment template can be used to sell a piece of property, state who owns it, what it is, how much it cost, and who it was sold by.  In essence, this template is used to legally recognize the ownership of a piece of property. This agreement also assigns the rights associated with the property to the new owner, in addition to transferring the liabilities as well.
