This agreement is for a company seeking to engage a model for business purposes, and has been written in favor of the company. Unlike conventional model releases that assume the photographer takes and owns the photos, this contract assumes the models themselves will own the copyrights to their photos. This agreement covers situations where the model may be actively performing activities in connection to taking the photographs such as testing a product, making observations, product promotion, etc., in addition to consenting to their likeness being displayed in a commercial capacity. Extensive “work made for hire” verbiage for copyright protection has been added so that all work product created under this agreement will be owned by the Company.  This agreement should only be used for adults.
